You asked for it, you got it! The MOD Squad is in Columbus, MS. - Maintenance On Demand. This new on-site service will provide cheaper service to you the customer and it is done at your home or business. We are providing On-Site service at a base cost, not an hourly fee!

This is an exciting new service for the homes and businesses in the Golden Triangle Area. The goal for us is to provide the best in service for a flat fee, No confusing hourly costs. Not having to guess what you will pay, but rather a flat fee for a set time. No questions, no confusion. We seek to meet your needs, and service your computer or network.

What does this new cheaper fee cover? For $59.99 we will come to your house or place of business and do basic virus/malware removal, repair, and tutoring for up to an hour. If maintenance shows the time of service exceeding the hour, we will take the system back to our shop to repair for a discounted price and then deliver it back to you. The price for store repair will be added to the $59.99, but overall will be cheaper than longer On-Site time.

What does this not cover? This does not cover large networking jobs, large contract jobs, or parts. Jobs that are out of the Columbus area will be assessed a $30 per hour travel fee. The fee for service if exceeding the $59.99 bracket will be stated before the service is done.
